DAILY PRACTICE ROUTINE

As you progress you need to practice everything you have learned.  This Daily Practice Routine will take you through everything at least once every 30 days.

How does it work?

Filter the list below to show a list of techniques to practice based on the Practice Day.

  1. Click the filter icon (looks like a funnel)
  2. Select Practice Day
  3. Select which of the 30 days you are currently practicing
  4. You may also filter by adding the Belts you want to practice.
  5. Conduct your normal practice for your current belt and and then practice the additional items you are familiar with from the Daily Practice list.


This will ensure you are practicing everything.
