Tracy's Kenpo Karate is a martial arts system founded by Ed Parker, Sr. in the 1950s. It is a hybrid martial art that incorporates elements of karate, judo, jujutsu, and boxing. Tracy's Kenpo was named after Parker's students, Al and Jim Tracy, who helped him develop the system. Eventually, Ed Parker and the Tracy's went separate ways resulting in the creation of Tracy's Kenpo and American Kenpo styles.
